Your account
- You can sign in with your email and password, with Google, or with Face ID, fingerprint, or a passkey on the devices you set up.
- You're responsible for keeping your password and your signed-in devices secure. If you think someone else has used your account, change your password, remove the device under Profile, and let us know.
- Your account is for you and the people you authorize. If you're acting on behalf of a business, you confirm that you're authorized to do so.
- We may suspend any account that's misused or used for anything other than requesting and tracking our services.
Accurate information
You agree to give us accurate, up-to-date information, including your name, phone number, addresses, and a description of the pest problem or property. We use it to prepare quotes, schedule visits, and send invoices. If it's inaccurate, the service or the price may change.
Requests, pricing, and quotes
- Requesting service through the website or portal is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your date and time are set once our office confirms them.
- All prices are confirmed by Fumigadora Humboldt, either in a written quote or in a message from our office. No price is final until then.
- Each quote shows how long it's valid. If it expires, we'll send you an updated one.
- Payment methods and due dates are arranged with our office.
Warranty
If pests come back after a service, you can report it through the portal or on WhatsApp. All warranty claims are subject to review by our office, which looks at the case, the condition of the property, and whether the prep and re-entry instructions were followed before scheduling a follow-up visit.
Safety during service
For your safety, follow the instructions and re-entry times our team gives you and that we publish on this website. We're not responsible for problems caused by not following them.
Use of this website
The content on this website (text, photos, logos, and illustrations) belongs to Fumigadora Humboldt or is used with permission. Please don't copy it or use it commercially without our permission. Information about pests and prep instructions is general guidance and doesn't replace an on-site assessment by a technician.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.
